Drift is an album where all sounds come exclusively from a piano,
as an investigation from an intimate and experimental perspective. The intent from the very beginning was to play around with the rules, leaving space for chance and the unexpected.
Thus the piano becomes a complete acoustic tool further beyond its keys: looking into different ways of playing it and using everyday objects to interact with. This search process results in a wide range of sounds which, transformed and processed, even loose, from time to time, their acoustic common identity, disguised as electronic sounds.
All of the tracks in Drift share this common aim but at the same time, there are lots of nuances that make them all different; each with its own personality.
This album is a personal search. A drifting journey through experimentation to unforeseen and unique places.

Drift es un álbum cuyos sonidos surgen exclusivamente a partir de un piano, investigándolo desde una visión íntima y experimental. La intención desde el comienzo fue la de jugar con las reglas aprendidas, introduciendo el azar y dejando lugar a lo inesperado.
El piano se convierte así en una herramienta acústica completa más allá de sus teclas: explorando diferentes maneras de tocarlo y utilizando objetos cotidianos para interactuar con él. De este proceso resulta una amplia gama de sonidos que, transformados y procesados, pierden incluso por momentos su identidad acústica y se camuflan en sonidos electrónicos.
Todos los temas comparten este objetivo común y a su vez, la multitud de matices que los diferencian, hace que en el resultado final cada uno de ellos adquiera personalidad propia.
En definitiva, Drift es un álbum a la deriva que busca y recorre a través de la experimentación lugares imprevistos y singulares.
